What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. Other options include Paypal and Debit Card.
What happens if I don’t get my plant?
All sellers have to be verified before they are allowed to sell on our website. If a seller does not ship their product out within a set time frame then the order is cancelled and the buyer is automatically refunded but we will make sure to keep in contact with you regarding your order.
What is your return policy?
Here at Propagation Nations we will work closely with sellers in order to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. If that is not the case, we want to hear from you! For pots & accessories: Please email us at propagationnations@gmail.com with your order number and the unused product you would like to would like to return and we will send you a shipping label for a favorable return experience.
For live plants and seedlings: We are so sorry to hear your plants were not what you wanted. In order to receive a refund we require photo evidence of damaged or defective product within a timely manner of its delivery. What is the standard shipping time?
Your product will be shipped within 1-3 days of your order. We expect 5-7 days shipping time. We take the extra time to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What ensures that my plant will arrive in good condition?
We know and understand plants are a fragile product and want each and every order to arrive ready to grow in its new home. We will work closely with all major shipping carriers to ensure that our customer’s products arrive in good condition. We understand however that this will not always be the case and if the product arrives in inadequate condition we will work with customers regarding any problems caused by shipping.
